This Privacy Policy explains how GRINENKOANDCO LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with our website and mobile applications (together, the "Services"). We are the data controller for the personal information described below.
The Unarium mobile wallet
The Unarium mobile application is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. It does not require account registration. Your wallet's recovery phrase (seed phrase) and passcode are generated and stored only on your device, protected by the device Keychain and by a passcode you set. We never receive, store, or have access to your recovery phrase, your passcode, or your private keys, and we cannot recover them for you. If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot restore access to your wallet.
1. Information we collect
We limit collection to what is necessary to operate the Services:
- Correspondence data — if you contact our support by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Usage and technical data — device type, operating system, application version, coarse language/region settings, and diagnostic/crash logs used to identify errors.
- Wallet address (public) — to display your balances and transaction history and to obtain swap quotes, the app transmits your wallet's public blockchain address to third-party providers (see Section 3). A public wallet address is not, by itself, linked by us to your real-world identity.
We do not collect your recovery phrase, private keys, or passcode. We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the wallet. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers that host or operate the Services under contract, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (b) where required by law, court order or lawful request; or (c) to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.
Third-party blockchain and market-data providers. To provide core wallet functionality, the app sends your public wallet address and/or token identifiers to third-party service providers:
- Moralis — to retrieve your balances and transaction history;
- CoinGecko — to retrieve token market prices;
- OpenOcean — to obtain swap quotes and route token swaps.
These providers receive your public wallet address but do not receive your identity, recovery phrase, or passcode from us. Their processing of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Optional iCloud backup
If you enable iCloud backup, an already-encrypted copy of your wallet secret is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. The data is encrypted on your device with your passcode before upload; we never receive the unencrypted contents, and neither we nor Apple can decrypt it without your passcode. You can disable this feature at any time.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry best practice.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. International transfers
Personal information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For questions or requests concerning this Policy or your personal information, contact us at info@unarium.org or by post at: GRINENKOANDCO LTD, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom.
