These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services provided by GRINENKOANDCO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of the Services by any third party. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the Services.
2. Non-custodial wallet; your responsibility
Unarium is a non-custodial wallet. You alone control your recovery phrase, passcode, and private keys, and therefore your funds. We do not hold, custody, or control your assets, and we have no ability to access, freeze, reverse, or recover them. You are solely responsible for securely storing your recovery phrase. If you lose it, or if it is stolen, we cannot help you recover your wallet or funds, and access will be permanently lost.
3. Fees
Certain transactions include a service fee retained by us in addition to standard blockchain network (gas) fees. When you send assets, a fixed service fee denominated in the network's native token is added. When you swap assets, a service fee (currently 1%) is applied via the swap aggregator. Applicable fees are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction. Blockchain network fees are paid to network validators, not to us, and are non-refundable. All on-chain transactions are irreversible once broadcast.
4. Assumption of risk
Cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions involve significant risk, including price volatility, the possibility of total loss, smart-contract and protocol vulnerabilities, and the irreversibility of on-chain transactions. You use the Services at your own risk. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Services constitutes such advice.
5. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services and must not use them where doing so would violate applicable law or sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax and reporting obligations.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and materials made available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos and software, are the property of GRINENKOANDCO LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
7. No accounts; device security
The mobile wallet does not use server-side accounts. Access to your wallet is protected solely by the passcode and device-level security (including biometrics, if you enable them) that you configure. You are responsible for keeping your device, passcode, and recovery phrase secure and confidential.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (including blockchain data providers, market-data providers, and decentralized-exchange aggregators) and on public blockchain networks that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third parties or networks.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRINENKOANDCO LTD, its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRINENKOANDCO LTD against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
